I offer my apologies for being late. I got delayed. I will not ask specific questions. They may have been asked earlier. We will have a media commissioner and the Australian model is seen as best practice, which is why we are chatting today. The position of media commissioner will be extremely important. The Chair asked about best advice from the Australian experience that we should learn from. With regard to the position of media commissioner, are there specific terms of reference for who that person may be that we should highlight and prioritise before the position is put in place? It is important we have a strong leader in that role to drive this forward when we bring in the regulations.
