It relates to the nature of the health estate. We will not move the Central Mental Hospital to a new, modern building in Portrane until next year. There are 200 year old buildings all over the health estate. The nature of the health estate, irrespective of the children's hospital, is that we must always pick and choose and try to prioritise.
