It is a national strategy, endorsed by the Government, and the Minister for Health speaks about it a great deal. As an Opposition spokesperson, I support it 100%. That €5 million cannot be found for the new maternity hospital exemplifies the problem, although I use it only as an example. It exemplifies that re-profiling is taking place. I believe I have proven my point.
