The bottom line is that the overspend will have a dramatic impact on all capital planning. Everything will be re-profiled. The reason I asked a direct question earlier was not to try to catch anyone out but rather because the details will all become public in any event. We know they will. The question from a political point of view is when they will become public. Freedom of information requests, parliamentary questions and everything else will reveal the entire matter. That must all be done by the HSE and the Department. They are good at their job and they have to discuss such matters. On this date at this time, however, we cannot get an answer on a national strategy.
