In early 2016, I became aware of the issues informally from chatter. I contacted Mr. Howard and told him what I had heard by way of this informal chatter and I asked him if there was something I needed to worry about. He told me the audit committee was seized of the matter and that an internal audit was under way, and he undertook to keep me advised.
