It was not just an anonymous correspondence that the Commissioner received in 2014. She was also informed of this situation by the Medical Bureau of Road Safety. The Minister told us the other night that in detailed correspondence to her, An Garda Síochána told her that the Commissioner was satisfied that the correct procedures were in place. Does the Commissioner accept now that in May 2014, the Minister was misled by An Garda Síochána?
