And just on another matter related to your statement, you say that on the night of the guarantee, you do not recall any suggestion from any of the official parties at any stage that undated, unsubordinated debt, should ... would be recovered by the guarantee. However, you refer also to a previous meeting on 26 September at which some of the Merrill Lynch team had felt that inclusion of dated subordinated debt in any broad guarantee was warranted. You go on to state that your mention of this at the meeting of the 29th led to the inclusion of such debt in the guarantee. Was the inclusion of subordinated debt accepted by all present, were any contrarian views expressed in this regard and was any elaboration sought by either the Taoiseach, the Minister or anyone else present? And if you could maybe please elaborate on that.
