To ask the Minister for Health the dates and findings of any facility, safety, hygiene or environmental inspections carried out by or reported to her Department in relation to the Orchid Centre at Cork University Hospital in the past eighteen months, including issues of overcrowding, ventilation, temperature control, accessibility and maintenance of basic patient supplies; the actions taken by her Department following these inspections; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
