The spend on administrative consultancy is cited in my Department's Appropriation Accounts. These accounts are available online www.audit.gov.ie/en/publications/appropriation%20accounts/
While my Department does not publish its annual spending specific to consultancy online, I have furnished the House with consultancy details through replies to Parliamentary Questions, most recently in June and July of this year, and will continue to do so as requested. These replies are available online.
