As Minister of State for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail & Ports, I wish to advise the Deputy that disabled parking bays in private car parks, such as those attached to shopping centres and other commercial premises, are the responsibility of the car park's owner. The owners are responsible for enforcing disabled spaces on their own property and for setting the requisite penalties.
