This policy defines AI and guidance in its use and their obligations under the EU Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act. My Department has AI Compliance training in place for all staff within the Department and provides training on AI and information specific to the public service regarding legal requirements, responsibilities, and opportunities related to AI.
My Department is in the process of designing a comprehensive training plan on the use of AI in line with our obligations under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. This training will be rolled out in due course.
