To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the steps his Department is taking to monitor and improve statutory decision-making timelines in An Coimisiún Pleanála, including for strategic housing developments, large-scale residential developments and planning appeals; the current performance data held by his Department on average and median decision times for each category over the past five years; his Department's assessment of the factors contributing to delays; and the actions being taken to address resourcing, governance or process issues that fall within the Minister's remit.
