Responsibility for the application and enforcement of the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 is a matter for the National Environmental Health Service. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
