I welcome the publication of the Report of the Approved Housing Body (AHB) Strategic Forum. This document is the result of a comprehensive, multi-stakeholder review undertaken throughout 2024.

The Report of the Approved Housing Body (AHB) Strategic Forum presents an ambitious transformative vision for the AHB sector and sets out a detailed roadmap of policy development reforms to enable the realisation of that vision.

A sectoral reform working group will shortly be established, to advance work on the priority policy development reforms outlined within the Report of the Approved Housing Body (AHB) Strategic Forum, as committed to under the National Housing Plan; Delivering Homes, Building Communities.
