102. To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 270 of 18 September 2025, where he specifically states that “There are no plans at this time to expand the number of such terrestrial sites," and by implication there are “no plans at this time to” consider Rathcoole Alluvial Woodland as a potential candidate site for designation as an SAC, to clarify that he and his Department and agencies realise that the lack of designation means Rathcoole Alluvial Woodland has no protection from the impacts of prospective development of lands surrounding it or from other activities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
