The State Claims Agency (SCA) is mandated by Government to act on behalf of the state in managing claims under the National Treasury Management (Amendment) Act 2000 which allows for the delegation to, and the conferral on, of functions in relation to the management of certain claims against the state.
As requested, the annual costs paid to the SCA by my Department are as follows:
