My department provides a payroll service to over 3,700 schools and the Payroll Division relies on schools to submit information in a timely manner. In this situation, there was incomplete information submitted by the school to support the application for payment. A member of my staff contacted the school on Friday 21 November and requested the necessary information. The information has been received and the teacher will receive payment including arrears on Thursday 4th December.
