260. To ask the Minister for Finance if his Department has been in contact with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage or his Department in relation to the decisions of An Bord Pleanála in cases (details supplied) given the potential financial implications of development contribution waivers for the Exchequer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not been in contact with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in relation to decisions of An Bord Pleanála for the cases supplied.

The Development Contribution waiver scheme falls under the remit of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage. As such, any queries on the scheme should be addressed to that Department.
