As the Deputy will be aware, Dublin City Council (DCC) through Dublin Fire Brigade (DFB) has primary responsibility for ambulance service provision and emergency ambulance call taking in Dublin, including Dublin 15. The National Ambulance Service (NAS) does provide some assistance to DFB in Dublin when requested, with provision being subject to NAS ambulance resource availability.

Queries regarding DFB ambulance response times in Dublin 15 are a matter for DCC to address in the first instance as the local authority with responsibility for DFB. Ultimate responsibility for the oversight of DFB, including its performance, would be a matter for our colleague the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
