The review of the Medical Cannabis Access Programme is in scoping stages. My Departmental officials are working to identify appropriate membership of a clinical review group, including the appointment of a chairperson, to determine whether evidence exists to expand the range of conditions currently covered by the programme.

The review will commence once the chairperson and membership of the group are firmly in place.
