Further to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 1,088 of 12 November 2025, in relation to the number of procedures completed from 2023 to date this year, as this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

With regard to the information about waiting time to treatment and removal requested by the Deputy, I wish to clarify that the health system does not collect data related to the time to treatment of patients who have already received their care.? The National Treatment Purchase Fund collects data on patients on waiting lists at a point in time. The number of patients waiting for the specific procedure referred to in the previous question and how long they had been waiting by time band at the end of September in 2025, was provided to the Deputy in the response to the previous question.
