To ask the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality if she is aware of an ongoing industrial relations dispute in a State agency (details supplied); if she is aware that while this dispute remains unresolved, the State agency in question has put out tender for a contract to commission a report into said industrial dispute; if she has any plans to intervene; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
