As committed to under the Programme for Government, the National Digital Strategy is currently being updated to ensure we harness the digital and AI revolution to deliver effective and modern public services and to grow the economy.

The updated National Digital and AI Strategy will set out priority deliverables to drive effective adoption of Digital and AI in Ireland in the years ahead. A targeted stakeholder consultation was held over the summer. The Strategy, which will have a whole-of-government focus, is due to be finalised by end-2025.
