To ask the Minister for Health the standard operating procedure and timeframe for the issuance of a purchase order for a wig from receipt of a quotation for an appliance from a provider; the standard operating procedure and timeframe to vendor reimbursement from when a person submits an invoice for a wig grant; the options available to a supplier where a supplier has not received payment from the HSE in a reasonable timeframe and is not receiving a response from an address (details supplied).
