To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No's 177 to 184 of 16 October and No. 265 of 4 November 2025, the date that his Department actually started its concerted effort in 2025 to deep dive into the area of court disqualification orders received without a driver number attached; his Department's plan to publish more complete data on the matching process by the end of 2025 as he stated in his reply of 4 November 2025.; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In the second half of this year my Department initiated a project to deep dive into the area of court offence information received without a driver number. This work is underway presently, including engagement with An Garda Siochana as they are a key player in the processes involved. We remain committed to publishing more complete data on the matching process by the end of 2025.
