The State Bodies under the remit of my Department are Public Bodies and apply the Government Public Service Pension Policies.

With regards to agencies, charities or organisations in receipt of grant funding from my Department, statutory obligations relating to pay or pensions are a matter for each individual body to adhere to, in line with national employment law.
