1070. To ask the Minister for Health if operating theatre capacity for orthopaedic surgery in Cork hospitals is currently being fully utilised; if not, the reasons why; whether staff shortages or bed pressures are contributing to under-use; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [61826/25]
