I propose to take Questions Nos. 672, 673, 676 and 677 together.
The number of recipients of Fuel Allowance in the years 2020 - 2024, as well as the number of recipients as of the end of October 2025, are shown in the table below. The figures for 2020 - 2024 are as of the 31 December of each year. Figures prior to 2020 are not readily available.
Of the 417,082 recipients of Fuel Allowance as of the end of October 2025, 163,035 were also receiving the Living Alone Allowance and 189,347 were age 70 or above.
