The Annual Report of the Chief Appeals Officer is published each year and includes the detailed information requested. The reports for years 2015 to 2024 are available on the Social Welfare Appeals Office website. (www.gov.ie/en/social-welfare-appeals-office/collections/news-and-publications-from-the-social-welfare-appeals-office/#annual-reports. The reports include the number of Invalidity Pension appeals received each year, the number of successful appeals, that were either allowed in full or in part, and those resolved by way of a revised decision by a Deciding Officer.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
