The Youth Services Grant Scheme (YSGS) pilot scheme opened in August 2024 for applications from youth organisations that had not previously been in receipt of YSGS funding. The organisation in question was one of the successful applicants, receiving a grant of €282,420 for the period Q4 2024 – 2025. The allocation of further funding under the scheme will be dependent on the overall funding allocation to the YSGS pilot scheme and the completion of a successful renewal application by the organisation in question.

As the process of finalising allocations for 2026 is currently ongoing, the Deputy will appreciate that it would not be appropriate for the department to comment further on future allocations at this stage.
