My Department allocates expenditure across three programmes; Criminal Justice, Civil Justice and, since 1 May 2025, International Protection and Ukraine Accommodation Services. A full breakdown of my Department’s expenditure is published in the annual Appropriation Accounts for Vote 24 (Justice) which are available at www.audit.gov.ie/en/publications/appropriation%20accounts/.
A breakdown of expenditure under the Civil Justice programme for the years 2023 and 2024 is provided in the table below. Expenditure for the current year will be published in due course in the 2025 Appropriation Account.
