I propose to take Questions Nos. 275 to 278, inclusive, together.
As Minister of State for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail & Ports, I wish to advise that, under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (Conferral of Functions) Order 2006 (SI 477 of 2006), the Road Safety Authority (RSA) is the body with statutory responsibility for the operation and oversight of the commercial vehicle roadworthiness testing (CVRT) system.
Given the RSA's responsibility in this matter, I have referred the Deputy's questions to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within ten days.
