I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has not made any tax settlements with the Revenue Commissioners in the past five years.

The information in respect of state bodies under the aegis of my Department, within the scope of the Deputy’s question, is not held by my department. State bodies have been provided with the question and have been asked to respond directly to the Deputy.
