The proposed development at Dryton Villa, Clara, County Offaly (R35 FX28), is located on a site owned by Offaly County Council.

As such, any update on the status of the development would be a matter for the relevant body responsible for the project.

The department does not hold direct responsibility for the site and therefore cannot provide a current status update.
