The Government published the Budget 2026 Expenditure report on 7 October, 2025. This contains the Abridged Estimates for Vote 11 on page 170 and the report is available at the following link: .

The subhead and programme level allocations will be detailed in the 2026 Revised Estimates which is expected to be published in December 2025.
