To ask the Minister for Health the specific winter contingency measures being put in place for hospitals in Cork City and County ahead of the 2025–2026 winter season, including additional acute and step-down bed capacity, emergency department surge funding, and staffing allocations; the way in which these measures align with the HSE’s winter plan 2025; and the projected winter-pressure cost for Cork facilities relative to last year’s expenditure.
