The National Economic and Social Development Office (NESDO), the only body under the aegis of the Department of the Taoiseach, has not entered into any contract with a value at or above €25,000, and therefore has no relevant contract award notices for publication as required by Circular 05/2023.

All procurement by NESDO is conducted in accordance with applicable EU and national regulations and Office of Government Procurement (OGP) guidelines and all expenditure is subject to regular review and oversight to ensure compliance with relevant obligations. In addition, procurement is audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General each year.
