To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware of the fact that the South Dublin Primary Care referrals office has no contact details available (details supplied); if she will instruct her Department to revise the system and ensure that it confirms that referrals have been received, provides information to parents as to whether their child is on a waiting list, and the expected timelines and provide access to accurate contact information for referral offices; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
