My Department has not procured any software or IT system that was not fit for purpose within its expected lifetime of operation in the Department.

As regards the agencies under the aegis of my Department, the information requested is an operational matter for the agencies themselves. I have referred the Deputy’s question to the Agencies and have requested that a response should issue within 10 days.
