To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he is satisfied that local authorities, particularly Dublin City Council and Fingal County Council, have adequate staffing and resources within their vacant homes units and asset management teams to meet national targets on tackling vacancy and dereliction; if he will publish up-to-date staffing levels, turnover, and plans for resourcing these teams in Budget 2026; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
