388. To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment for a breakdown of the sectors of employment that those on Stamp 2 visas are working, including the percentage earning on or below the national minimum wage, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51761/25]

My Department does not hold data on the employment sectors or wage levels of individuals on Stamp 2 immigration permissions.

All immigration permissions, including Stamp 2, are the policy responsibility of the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. A Stamp 2 visa provides for access to employment (under the terms of that immigration permission) and stamp 2 holders are not required to obtain an employment permit.
