To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the number of WTE window fabricator and fitter who are employed by the OPW in 2024 and to date in 2025, in tabular form; if he will provide a schedule of the number of apprentice trades taken on by OPW in the past five years to date by trade; and the number of fully qualified tradespersons, by trade, in the OPW. OPW does not employ window fabricators or fitters. There are currently two qualified glaziers employed by OPW.

The table below outlines the number of apprentices onboarded in the various trades over the last 5 years. There was no recruitment of apprentices in 2020.
