My Department uses cloud storage for a small number of solutions ranging from Data and Analytics to backup of our SharePoint Online instance in M365 backup. SharePoint online and OneDrive use cloud storage, however the cost of these is included in our overall Microsoft E3 licence.

The table below details those cloud storage solutions and associated costs over the last 5 years. The costs are annual and paid upfront for the year.
