I can advise the Deputy that the Irish Prison Service has accepted the ruling of the Civil Service Arbitration Board in relation to this matter, including the backdating of pay adjustments.

I am further advised that clarification has been sought from the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation on the implementation of the ruling and a response is now awaited in this regard.
