I propose to take Questions Nos. 540 and 541 together.

Applications for transfers from social housing tenants are considered solely by the relevant local authority concerned in accordance with that authority’s allocation scheme, which is made by the elected members under section 22 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 in accordance with the Social Housing Allocation Regulations 2011.

I have no role in the management of social housing transfer applications which is a matter solely for the local authority concerned. My Department does not hold the data requested, which is available from Cork City Council and Cork County Council directly.
