To ask the Minister for Health if she has been advised of the HSE/ University Hospital Waterford proposal to discontinue coronial post mortem's at University Hospital Waterford with effect from the 01 January 2026, which if implemented will result in there being no coronial post mortem service in the south east; if the unilateral decision taken by the HSE/University Hospital Waterford will be reversed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
