To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the purpose built student complexes that are now additionally charging for utilities on top of rent; if he is aware that this is becoming commonplace with a university (details supplied) and other institutes being charged unaffordable service charges as well as rent, putting another financial burden on students and their families; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There are no unoccupied publicly owned Purpose Built Student Accommodation complexes in the state.

Privately owned PBSA are a matter for their owners and are outside my remit. I do not have the information sought as to how many unoccupied complexes are in the State at present.
