Responsibility for the provision of public infrastructure, including playgrounds, falls under the remit of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. The Department of Children, Disability and Equality has no information about the planned playground referred to in the question. Kildare County Council may be in a position to provide the requested information.
