Please find below the link to the published Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 2025 reports relating to the purchase of goods and services over €20,000 which are publicly accessible.

Quarter 1 2025 : www.enterprise.gov.ie/en/publications/publication-files/dete-payments-over-20-000-q1-2025.pdf

Quarter 2 2025: www.enterprise.gov.ie/en/publications/publication-files/dete-payments-over-20-000-q2-2025.xlsx

The Quarter 3 report is scheduled for publication in the first week of Quarter 4, 2025 once the third quarter has concluded. This will ensure that the report reflects all purchases over €20,000 for payments made during Quarter 3, 2025.

404. To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if his Department will publish the procurement related payment reports (details supplied) in machine-readable formats such as CSV or Excel on a quarterly basis, in line with open data standards; if not, the legal, technical, or operational constraints that prevent compliance with the requirement under S.I. No. 376/2021 to provide such documents in open, machine-readable formats for reuse; and the steps his Department has or plans to take to align its reporting practices with open data principles to improve accessibility, transparency, and re-use of this information by the public. My Department is committed to promoting transparency and aligning with national and EU open data standards and will continue to review and enhance its publication practices to ensure compliance and accessibility for all users. In this context, since Quarter 2 2025 procurement-related quarterly payment reports over €20,000 are now published in Excel format on the Departments website.

My Department already publishes aggregated results of the annual surveys of the client companies of the enterprise development agencies (Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland and Údarás na Gaeltachta). The indicators collected include annual employment, sales, exports, payroll, materials and services costs. One of the Department’s Offices, the Companies Registration Office, has also launched their Open data portal (www.opendata.cro.ie/) which gives access to significant volumes of company data. My Department remains committed to expanding the Open Data made available and will consider opportunities to make additional data available in keeping Open Data principles over the period ahead.
