The person named was accepted into Tranche 1 of the Agri-Climate Rural Environment Scheme (ACRES) with a start date of 1st January 2023 and is up to date with payments.

The ACRES contract value for the herd owner has been calculated at €4,173.78. However, a conditionality penalty of €208.68 was applied. The difference of €173.78 between the contract value and the €4,000 interim payment was deducted from the 2023 payment. The remaining €34.90 was then deducted from the 2024 advance payment. The 2024 balancing payment of €626.06 issued in July.

Scheme year 2025 payments will commence in quarter four of this year.
